  2. We only share the first name of our student mentees with their mentors. Mentors will never see the e-mail or any other information about their mentees.
  3. Our calls are audio-only and they are recorded and kept for 30 days.

Privacy Policy

Anytime is committed to protecting your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable domestic UK legislation. The following policy applies to all activities involving our staff, volunteers and others acting in their capacity as members of the Anytime team.

Personal Data

  1. The following Policy applies to all volunteers, participants and others using our website, services and others providing their data to Anytime.
  2. We are committed to respecting the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 (‘UK GDPR’) and any other relevant legislation on data protection and privacy.
  3. Anytime is collecting and processing the following types of personal data from different groups of people using our services:
    1. Volunteers (Mentors) - names, email addresses, universities attended, and subjects studied.
    2. Participants (Mentees) - first names, email addresses and university subjects of interest.
    3. Schools - type of an institution (state comprehensive, state selective or independent), number of pupils, names and email addresses of any contact people.

Privacy and Security

  1. We store your data on secure cloud-based services and protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access by ensuring that only those members of our team who are directly involved with organising sessions have access to your data.
  2. Volunteers do not receive any personal data about the participants they mentor other than their first names. Similarly, participants do not have access to any personal data of the volunteers they are matched with other than their first names, the university they attend and their course of study.
  3. Basic information on the number of sessions attended can also be shared with schools attended by the participants if so requested by any school administrations or in the course of a partnership between a school and Anytime.
  4. We do not collect any data without the consent of the individual submitting their personal information, do not collect more data than is necessary to provide our services and only collect and process personal data when it is in our legitimate interest to do so.

Sensitive Data

  1. Anytime may from time to time collect special categories of data, such as ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or the schools attended, for the purposes of equality and diversity purposes.
  2. Any sensitive data we collect will be submitted on a voluntary basis and lack of consent for their collection and processing will not prohibit a user from participating in our services.

Administrative Purposes and Marketing
