1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Jewelry Identifier mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Honeycomb Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company located in Denmark.

2. Description of Service

Jewelry Identifier is an AI-powered application designed to help users identify jewelry items, gemstones, metals, hallmarks, and design characteristics, and to provide informational insights regarding potential authenticity, materials, and general market context.

The App analyzes images and related information submitted by users using artificial intelligence and third-party services. Results are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional authentication, certification, appraisal, or valuation services.

3. License and Access

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
• Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
