1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Color Identifier mobile application published by Honeycomb Labs (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Honeycomb Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company located in Denmark.

2. Description of Service

The App is a utility tool designed to help users identify colors from their device's camera feed or stored images. It provides color names and digital values (such as HEX, RGB, or CMYK).

Important Note: Unlike our other identifier apps, this App does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and does not transmit data to external servers for analysis. All color identification is performed via local algorithms on your device. All results are provided for informational and creative purposes only.

3. License and Access

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Use the App for safety-critical color identification (e.g., identifying electrical wiring, chemical labels, or medical symptoms).

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Free and Paid Features

The App may operate on a freemium model. Certain features may require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase.
