For each cohort, we receive more than 2,000 applications. We invite 300 - 400 individuals to interview before selecting 70 - 80 exceptional entrepreneurs to join our ten-week residency. Antler can back only the most driven founders due to our extensive due diligence process, starting when you apply. However, we know that exceptional founders come from anywhere and any background, so while this guide helps you understand the selection process, if you see yourself in some but not all of the characteristics and examples given, you should still apply.
