Instructions

I’ve tried to make this as simple as possible, everything can be installed with a couple of clicks.

Step 0.

• Setup a new project, It’s always recommended to use a new project for each avatar, I personally have separate projects for my own avatar vs when I work on GodRevenger.

<aside> 🗣 ALWAYS use the latest SDK, no matter what any avatar creator tells you. If they ask you to use an outdated SDK you are opening yourself up to bugs, security risks, and more. The avatar creator themselves is responsible for updating their package if they have an incompatibility with the latest version. No exceptions.

• Import Poiyomi 8.2.013, it’s best to use the specific version I have. If you are using Toon the version is 8.1.163
  • Pro-Tip, you do not need to import the entire Poiyomi package. Skip the Presets folder and the TPS/Assets folder, and it will import 5x faster (no joke). You will be missing the testing Carrot and RanchJar, so if you need those, keep that assets folder.
• Import VRCFury, always use the latest version that is available to you, if there are issues you may try using the specifc version I built this package on, 1.425.0.
  • I highly recommend using the VRCC version! The package is included in the downloads page, however it will not be up-to-date. Click here to install it, or visit vrcfury.com/download
• Other Recommendations

Step 1.

• Install GodRevenger / GodRunner following the original instructions.
• Import the VRCFury package or use the VRCC to install it (recommended).
• Import the 006_Casual package for your avatar.
  • Both versions can live in the same project, although I do highly recommend keeping separate projects for separate avatars.
  • If you own 005_Bunnysuit, be sure to download the patch for it to appear in the editor again!
