1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the SocialSeller.AI platform, operated by Purple Creator Inc, a C-Corp registered in the United States. By accessing or using the platform, you expressly agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. PLATFORM PURPOSE

SocialSeller.AI is an assisted automation tool designed to facilitate prospecting and approaching potential leads on Instagram by information product creators, consultants, and sales professionals. The platform provides technical means to:

• Identify interactions with public posts (likes, comments, etc.);
• Extract public profile data (bio, followers, etc.);
• Send personalized direct messages;
• Store extracted data optionally, according to the user's choice.

All functionalities are executed based on the user's direct authorization and configuration. The platform acts as a highly segmented assisted automation tool, promoting responsible use of automation. The platform discourages and may suspend users who do not comply with these principles and use it for other purposes, such as sending massive and generalized SPAM.

3. RELATIONSHIP WITH INSTAGRAM AND META

Purple Creator Inc and SocialSeller.AI have no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or association with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or any subsidiary or partner. The use of names and brands serves descriptive purposes only.

SocialSeller.AI respects Instagram's intellectual property rights and usage policies. The user is responsible for using the platform in compliance with Meta's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user acknowledges and agrees that:

• They must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• Use of the Platform must fully respect Instagram's Terms and applicable legislation;
