Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Imposter Score mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to a "Local-First" privacy model, ensuring that your game nights remain private.

1. Information Collection and Usage

• No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or device identifiers.
• Game Session Data: Any information entered into the App—including player names, secret roles, and elimination status—is stored locally on your device only.
• No Audio/Video Access: The App does not record or transmit audio or video.

2. Data Storage and Processing

• On-Device Only: All logic for role randomization and score tracking occurs on your hardware.
• No Cloud Sync: Your game data stays on your device and is never uploaded to external servers.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Deleting the App or clearing its storage will permanently remove all stored player lists and game history.
