Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Deep Dive mobile application (the "App").

1. Information Collection and Use

Deep Dive is a social card game designed to facilitate deep conversations.

• Conversational Privacy: The App provides prompts for verbal discussion. We do not record audio, access your microphone, or require you to type your answers into the App.
• Local Data Only: Any settings, unlocked expansions, or game progress are stored locally on your device.
• No Cloud Storage: We do not use cloud servers to store your game history. Your secrets and conversations stay between you and your partner.
• No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, or social media profiles.

2. Third-Party Services

We do not share data with third-party advertisers or analytics providers.

Subscriptions: When you purchase a Deep Dive Pro subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see or store your payment card information. We use RevenueCat, a subscription management platform, to verify your purchase and manage your subscription status. RevenueCat may receive a device identifier and transaction/receipt data necessary for this purpose. This data is not linked to your real identity and is not used for tracking or advertising. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

Data Retention: Locally stored preferences remain on your device until you delete the App. Subscription and transaction records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their own retention policies.

Your Rights: To request deletion of any data RevenueCat holds about you, contact us using the information below.

3. Children’s Privacy

While the "Icebreaker" packs are suitable for all ages, the "After Dark" and "Ex-Files" expansions are intended for adult audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
