Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Checkers AI Now mobile application (the "App"). We adhere to a strict "Local-First" privacy model to ensure your strategies and gaming sessions remain private.

1. Information Collection and Usage

• No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or device identifiers.
• Local AI Processing: The artificial intelligence used for your opponent runs entirely on your device. Move data and game patterns are processed locally and are never sent to external servers.
• AirPlay Connectivity: The App utilizes Apple’s AirPlay technology to display the game board on compatible televisions or monitors. This connection is managed by your system software; Plation Inc. does not monitor or receive any data from your AirPlay stream.

2. Data Storage and Processing

• On-Device Only: All game states, move history, and difficulty settings are stored locally on your hardware.
• No Cloud Sync: Your game history is never uploaded to the cloud or shared with third parties.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Deleting the App will permanently remove your local match history. We cannot recover this data because we never host it.

This Agreement is between you and Plation Inc. for the use of Checkers AI Now.

1. License Grant Plation Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment and strategic exercise.

2. Nature of the App

• AI Opponent: The App provides a digital checkers engine for solo or local play. While designed to be challenging, Plation Inc. does not warrant that the AI will meet every specific user's expectation of "fairness" or difficulty.
