Plation Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Memory Now mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to an exhaustive "Local-First" privacy model to ensure your family and social game sessions remain entirely private.
1. Information Collection and Usage
- No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- No Audio/Microphone Access: Although designed for social environments, the App does not access, record, or transmit data from your device’s microphone.
- AirPlay Connectivity: The App utilizes Apple’s AirPlay technology to display the game board on compatible televisions or monitors. This connection is handled entirely by your system software; Plation Inc. does not monitor or receive any data from your AirPlay stream.
2. Data Storage and Processing
- On-Device Only: All logic for card randomization, difficulty scaling, and matching mechanics happens strictly on your local hardware.
- No Cloud Sync: Your game history, high scores, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to external servers.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- Deleting the App or clearing its storage will permanently remove all local preferences and saved game states. We cannot recover this data because we never host it.

This Agreement is between you and Plation Inc. for the use of Memory Now.
1. License Grant Plation Inc. grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment and cognitive exercise.
2. Nature of the Game
- Social Utility: The App provides a digital interface for the classic memory-matching card game. Plation Inc. is not responsible for the social conduct of players or disputes during play.
- AirPlay & Hardware Safety: Users interact with their device while casting to a larger display. You acknowledge responsibility for the physical safety of your device and the display hardware. Plation Inc. is not liable for hardware damage occurring during a session.
