We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative ready to grow 10x in sales within 12 months and promote to an Account Executive position.
Your daily bread and butter:
🔨 Leading team of Lead generators. 🔨 Deep research on lead - business profile, requirements, possible pains, etc. 🔨 Outreach to prospects (email, LinkedIn, call). 🔨 Qualifying prospects. 🔨 Hands-on help with converting prospects to paying clients. 🔨 Bring new innovative approaches to sales. 🔨 Contribute to growing by hitting sales targets.
You are:
✅ At least 1-year sales experience. ✅ Goal-oriented, proactive, and persistent when reaching prospects. You don’t stop until the opportunity is opened. ✅ You are a great listener to prospects. You can understand their problems and draw the solution. ✅ You are awesome when communicating with people. ✅ You deliver on time. ✅ You can report the results. ✅ You document all communication with prospects.
