This is a case study for a real client, Zen Craft House, an E-Commerce website selling handcrafted gemstone jewelry and natural products that promote a Zen lifestyle. The main goals of the client project was to discover the motivations and intentions of their users, what their unmet needs are, and what elements of the site can be improved in order to boost engagement and interaction for current and future customers.

I was tasked with leading the overall project as the Project Manager, primary contact for stakeholder and team communication, and designing the final high-fidelity prototype which incorporated proven elements based on our research.
We used the Double Diamond Process as the main framework for our project.
