The general idea: Put together a group of B2C startups who are currently investing between $300-$10,000/month on paid ads and then add in an expert growth marketer to work with the group.
We all want this ⬇️ but we aren't there yet and we stand a much better chance working together!

Group Analysis
- On a rolling basis, one startup in the group gets a 3 hour deep dive with the expert where they
- Analyze current results and past efforts
- Strategize future experiments/tests
- Analyse competition (presence via website, ads, value props)
- Find similar businesses from which we can get tactics and experiments to run
- Deep CRO analysis, from best-performing landing page elements to adding upsells and cross-sells into the mix to increase results

- Growth Log (how to set up a growth log in order to retain and track all the company has tested and learned)
- Creative Library (ads examples from our past experiences + brands whose style we can emulate for creative tests)

Michael Stroe the Director of Paid Media works with multiple clients spending mid 6 figures per month on paid advertising. He is constantly experimenting and finding what works with large budgets and is keen to share all these insights and more with you.
