A Silicon Valley-based startup - **KODIF** - is looking for Business Development Representatives. You will work on lead generation and potential customer outreach as part of the sales/business development team.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills: this is very important since you’ll communicate with native speakers;
- Impeccable work ethics and ownership mindset: we want someone who can take charge of projects from start to finish;
- Attention to details: since there's a lot of research and writing involved, paying attention to the details is key;
- 1-2+ years of real-world experience;
- Red diploma or high GPA from college;
- Tech-savvy candidates and quick learners are preferred;
- This is a full-time (5/2) on-site position in Bishkek, so we're not considering candidates who want to work remotely.
At Kodif you will do:
- Lead generation: do research on companies and build pipelines of potential clients;
- Communicate with potential clients (mostly over email and text), build and improve sales outreach sequences;
- Manage the teams’ calendars and set up sales and demo meetings;
- Prepare materials/notes for sales and demo meetings, etc.;
- Tools used: Google Suits, CRMs, Email and text automation tools, social media (Linkedin, Twitter), different databases, Slack, etc.
Salary expectations: adjusted to the local market.
