📈 Employee Shares

All Aidn employees are invited to purchase shares and gain equity in our venture. You can find more details here. We issue shares annually in January. To purchase, you must be an active employee at the time of purchase.

🤩 Aidn days

In addition to 5 weeks vacation, all employees get an additional 5 days off per year with pay, to spend on something that gives you energy 🧘🏽‍♀️

In the first year of employment, allotment would follow what quarter the starting date is set at:

Q1: 5 days

Q2: 4 days

Q3: 3 days

Q4: 2 days

🏋🏻‍♀️ Development

It is important for us that our people have ample opportunity to develop themselves and their competency. We do not have a max budget for this. We believe you are capable to decide what is a good investment for you and for us.

When you find something of interest, you need to do two things:

🧓 Pension

Our pension scheme provides 5% of annual fixed salary up to 7.1 G and 8% between 7.1 G and 12 G as pension contributions.
