It's easy to add, remove or update products for use within your guided selling app. Depending on the import type (CSV or Google Shopping feed) of your product catalogue in Aiden, here's how to update the products:

Using a product feed? Once it's set up, your product data will automatically be updated. The update frequency depends on the Aiden plan you’re on.

Here’s the update frequency for each plan:

Hence, if the price or availability of a product changes, such new information will automatically be reflected in the app that your customers use.

If we found any new products in your product feed, we'll let you know on the Catalogue page.

You can also update your product feed manually to make sure you’re working with the most recent data: simply click on Update in the menu on the Catalogue page and we'll process your feed.

Remove products
