Adding media to your app serves many purposes: a helpful image can make answers more actionable, an educational video can help customer choose the right answers, and adding media is also an excellent branding opportunity!

1. Add images to answers

1. Navigate to the Media tab in the top bar of the panel in Conversation.
2. In the media type dropdown, select Answers with image.
3. Drag and drop an image from your file browser to the desired answer, or click on the box to select one.
4. Use Preview to check out the results.

2. Add video to a question

1. Upload your video to YouTube.
2. Copy the YouTube URL, share link or embed code of the video.
3. Navigate to the Media tab in the top bar of the panel in Conversation.
4. In the media type dropdown, select Question with video.
5. Paste the YouTube share link or embed code.
