As soon as the AhoyConnect Vanilla integration is set up, we gradually start pulling data into your Ahoy dashboard. You will see discussions and comments right in your dashboard. We'll make a profile for each contributor, on global and individual course of events for movements of every kind, and create a dedicated report.
On your AhoyConnect integrations page, simply click +Connect Integration and choose the Vanilla integration.
To connect to Vanilla Forum you need to first create a personal token in your Vanilla Forum > Edit Profile > Access Tokens.
💡If you do not have administrative access to your Vanilla Forum, you need to request this personal token from your administrator.
Simply copy the token (API key) together with your Vanilla Forum URL into the following Authorization page.
You will be redirected to the data mapping page where you can connect data you want to map from Slack (left column) to specific member fields available (right column).
Events: Add events you want to track and assign them importance from 1 to 10 points for each time the user will perform the action
Activity Stages: Define activity stages by creating your own badges for each stage with its own range of points users need to hit to earn the badge in the last 30 days.
The scoring system allows you to evaluate certain events based on your KPI's.
