Introduction

The Giant ERP Web Portal is a large-scale enterprise solution built to streamline daily operations across departments like procurement, inventory, finance, and accounting. Over a 3-month span (January – March 2025), I played a dual role as both designer and front-end developer, focusing on enhancing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules.

My role focused on creating an intuitive and seamless experience for users managing supplier data and financial workflows. I worked closely with Giant’s API developers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure design clarity without disrupting technical constraints.

This case study highlights the key improvements I made across multiple screens within the AP/AR Management modules. The focus was to refine and improve the following journey:
