Process to become a full-time resident
The overall sublet commitment is usually 3 months (unless specified). If you are interested in becoming a full-time resident, please let us know and we will begin this process:
- At the end of 1st month of subletting: your resident buddy will arrange a time to check in with you 1:1 to share any feedback from residents, see how you’re feeling, and hold space for any feedback. This is meant to go both ways so both sides can feel seen and held during this process.
- At the end of 2nd month of subletting: the resident buddy will check in to share and receive feedback again, and extend an invitation for full time residency or confirm the originally planned move-out date.
Note: the room you sublet is not guaranteed to be the room you’ll have if you become a full-time resident. Room pick always goes by seniority (whoever has been an Agape full-time resident longest).
