Agape is a 14-person intentional community in a historic Victorian house near Dolores Park.
Private rooms range from $1600 - $3660 and include all utilities, common goods, and 2x/week cleaning. The house food plan supplies organic + vegetarian groceries for an additional $250/month per person. We hold weekly house dinners on Monday, rotating shifts of cooking and cleaning. Once a month during these dinners we do check-ins with each other.
Agape is a participatory co-op where we each play a role and have our own areas of responsibility.

We’re a group of artists, writers, DJs/musicians, entrepreneurs, engineers, & scientists coming from a diverse set of backgrounds, and unified by a vision of inspired communal living. We keep ourselves entertained with live music, elaborate meals, bonfires, writing workshops, open mic nights, immersive art experiences, film series — any way we can share our passions and learn from one another. We’re in our element when we’re co-creating experiences and collaborating. Current housemates range in age from 26 - 55.

Everyone has their own bedroom except one couple. There are thirteen bedrooms and five bathrooms, with at least one on each floor.

Music room - Grand piano, sunny seating, and a wide variety of instruments to pick up.
