Earned promotion into key role, responsible for building and introducing new Oracle Cloud Practice—Oracle Hyperion SaaS solutions—including all aspects of consulting practice methodology, process, and implementation strategy development. Swiftly acquired and grew new client base, leveraging customer segmentation, analysis, Hackett’s differentiation, and market differentiation to inform go-to-market and acquisition strategies for clients and partners.

Selected Projects & Achievements:

• Created and grew consulting practice from available resources, swiftly achieving success and propelling practice to $35M+ in annual revenue within 12 months—with future pipeline of $100M.
• Conceptualized and created implementation standards and change management controls enabling transition of 500 Oracle on-premise resources to cloud practice resources, including solution design and training videos, assets, accelerators, and communications channels, such as weekly Q&A webcast and Oracle-focused technology blog.
