We are happy to help! In an effort to streamline getting support or feature requests, we have set up a series of methods for you to submit items.

To help provide support for your site issues or new features, acreative has set up a ticketing system for workflow. There are two methods to submitting support tickets or feature requests.
The simplest way of getting support is by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will trigger the support system and automatically create a new ticket. You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes afterward. All future communication can happen via email.
There are no specific restrictions around creating an account in the support portal therefore you do not need to coordinate with us on getting an account.
Simply navigate to **http://support.acreative.io/** and you will be able to get started on your request.

You can create an account immediately by clicking Log in in the top right portion of the page. From here, you can log in with your existing account (generally your email) or sign up. The login and sign up pages look very similar.

The signup flow will send the entered email address a verification email and then you will have access to the portal. Subsequent visits to the portal, you will be able to enter your email and then click Next. The password field appears if the email is successfully registered, otherwise you will see a message to create an account.
If you have already created an account on the portal, you can reset your password by entering your email from **http://support.acreative.io** and then click Next. From the second screen, you can click Forgot your password? which will send a password reset email to your account.
