How to Kick off a new role

The template is used to kick off a new role, during a meeting between the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager. The Recruiter facilitates the meeting. The meeting should last around 45 minutes.

Step 1 - Sit down with your Hiring Manager, gather as much accurate information as possible to understand the role, and adjust our sourcing strategy accordingly. Write them down here on the table. If you already have a job desc, we advise you to pre-fill the information.

Step 2 - Start sourcing a few profiles (profile calibration). You will find the profile calibration table for the role under the kick-off questions. Show them to your Hiring Manager during your next catch-up.
