• The first half of our interview process takes place virtually and parts of the final stage can be adapted to be virtual if requested by the candidate
• Google Meet is used for our virtual interviews (which includes captioning functionality).
• If you are travelling to our office for an in-person interview, the office has:
  • Step-free access into the Accurx office and interview rooms
  • Accessible, gender-neutral toilets
  • A quiet room for prayer

Adjustments that we have previously made or offered are:

• Extending interview time
• Extending time for take-home tasks
• Send interview questions prior to the interview
• Adapted our questions to focus on specific examples over vague concepts
• Making the assessment environment account for sensory needs (lighting, sounds, ect)
