Why is a diverse and inclusive workplace so important to us?

At accuRx, we’re building software that enables everyone involved in a patient’s care to communicate with one another. To do this we need to make sure our team represents the people we build our products for.

Our team needs to be diverse to encourage the right conversations and challenge how our products work and who they work for.

Everyone’s a patient, which means the entire UK population can benefit from our products 🤗

Hiring a diverse team is not enough! To encourage these conversations we aim to foster an inclusive working environment where all accuFolk have a strong sense of belonging. We prioritise building psychological safety so everyone regardless of how they identify can challenge and bring their opinions to the table.
