Cyan Stats is a paid app. You must subscribe to a plan in order to use our services. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the fees and charges associated with that plan.
We offer a 14-day free trial as a courtesy. You are free to upgrade your account at any time.
If the trial period expires before you upgrade to a paid account, your registered website's traffic data will continue to be collected as long as your website continues to use the Cyan Stats beacon. However, you won't be able to view the data in the analytics dashboard from your account.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to subscribers who are not satisfied with our app.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can request a full refund within 30 days of subscribing to our app. No questions asked.
To apply for a refund, please send an email to help@cyanstats.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account information. Our customer support team will process your request as soon as possible.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the app. Cyan Stats reserves the right to terminate your account and subscription at any time for any reason.

Cyan Stats reserves the right to update or modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the app after any changes to these terms of use will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
These terms of use and your use of the app will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo.
