It's important to coordinate and communicate time off with your immediate team. You should aim to give as much notice as possible, especially for time off of 2-weeks or more. Please aim to give at least double the length of time requested as notice, e.g. 4-days notice for 2-days leave.
@Customer Success and Support teams– you have a greater imperative to coordinate your time off due to our required year-round customer availability. Please be especially considerate of coordinating your time off during busy time off periods (e.g. July-August, and December).

<aside> 🎋 You must book off local public/bank holidays if you would like to be offline on these days. Humaans or your EOR platform does not automatically book these off for you.
