Looks like **Wise** still works or maybe only for personal transfers? They lifted the amounts from 200UAH to 2.500GBP/EUR/USD
Crypto might be a last resort option, provided your people in Ukraine have the means to convert crypto into cash, if traditional payments infrastructure isn’t working anymore* *not sure about the compliance & AML aspect, but setting that aside given the situation. A normal crypto exchange like Coinbase should be sufficient, but there may be better ways to transfer with a crypto remittance business e.g. Circle who are behind one of the largest “stablecoins” on the market
