What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team. If you are a fast learner and experienced in email support, social media, and online events - we would like to meet you.

In addition to email and social media, we run community activities during and after our 6-week programs. You will be the first point of contact across all of these channels.

Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy and possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills. You should be a ‘people’ person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate multiple conversations with our community.

You will be the face and voice of our brand as customers interact with our product, and manage all community communications.
