Past Agreements

• 500 USD for Emma, Emmaus, Nabalayo, and Sue for organizing multi-part distributed festival
• 3000 KSH for Meet Me to support artists from last event (not confirmed)

Current Proposal

• $300 USD to Emma, Emmaus, Nabalayo, and Sue for work so far on Conflux
  • From here people can swap in and out, if they want to take on more or less responsibility
• $100 USD to Meet Me to support last event and for assistance with Conflux
• $50 USD to Brian, Sultan, and Jay Jay for facilitation
• $1240 USD remainder for Conscendo
  • On every transaction there’s small fees, small but enough to note
  • $200 to main organizers of the tele-performance
  • Payments for performers and any necessary equipment/space rentals
• Emma proposes not being paid the $300 now, but having it roll over into the remaining budget
