D2L Zoom recordings going to Panopto need one step to be in the correct location for students. If you have created your Zoom session in D2L, then please be sure to choose Course Tools then Panopto inside the course. This will create the Panopto folder for the class. It will also create your Panopto account if you have not already.
D2L Zoom recordings created before selecting Course Tools/Panopto will default to your "meeting recordings" folder in Panopto. If you need assistance in moving these recordings to the correct course folder reach out to ATS at [email protected].
