Ziora (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the application "Ziora".

Article 1 (Information Collected)

The App acquires and uses the following information:

  1. Photo Data: Images posted by the User.
  2. Location Information: Location information at the time the photo was taken (country, region, city, latitude/longitude). This is used to place photos on the map or globe.
  3. Device Information: Information such as device ID and OS version may be acquired for ad delivery and app failure analysis.
  4. Authentication Information: When using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, identifiers necessary for authentication are acquired, but passwords are not stored on the App's server.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

  1. To provide the App's services (sharing photos, map display).
  2. To monitor/delete inappropriate posts and for safety measures.
  3. To deliver advertisements and verify their results (use of Google AdMob).
  4. To analyze the usage status of the App and improve quality.

Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Operator will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  1. With the User's consent.
  2. When required by law.

Article 4 (Data Retention Period)

Due to system specifications, photos and related location information posted by Users are automatically deleted 7 days after posting. However, data may remain temporarily for the fulfillment of legal obligations, dispute resolution, or as backup data.
