You have skills. (Yes, you do!)

You already know how to think for yourself, make your own decisions and adapt to life’s demands.

At Zenyo, we’re here to take the skills you have and adapt them to Jiu Jitsu.

In our approach, we keep Jiu Jitsu simple so that you can start training the moment you get on the mats.

We do this by using constraints.

Constraints are well known in the art world. Centuries ago, Leonardo da Vinci, championed their use: “Art lives from constraints and dies from freedom.”

They are becoming more common in the sports world.

Research shows constraints can guide learning better than direct instruction. Constraints allow you to train in a dynamic way without being lost. They create an environment for you to problem solve, to adapt — to be ecological.

Most of all, they are fun and active.
