You will want to configure the "Trigger" event.
Next, you will want to connect Zapier to Foqal. To do so, you will be asked to authenticate your Foqal Trigger with Zapier using a token. When you click Authorize, a new window will appear with a box to enter the token value. Copy and paste the token value from Foqal (step 2) into Zapier. Once you are done, click "Yes, Continue"
Once you are finished with Authorization in Zapier, you will want to configure some Triggers in Foqal. Once you return to Foqal, you should still see the auth token page. Click next to continue to the trigger configuration page.
On this page, you will want to create a trigger. A trigger is what will eventually start the Zapier workflow. By creating a trigger, you will also need to configure the forms associated with the trigger. The Form or request type controls which data will be sent to Zapier.. Click "Add Trigger" to start with adding a trigger.
Create the custom trigger - The only required fields are the name and the request type. The Request type controls which data is sent to Zapier once the workflow is triggered.
Now return to Zapier and click Continue. You should now see the trigger configuration screen. Use the dropdown to select the trigger you created in Agent in step 8.
Congrats - you are done 🎉. Not set up some actions and start kicking off workflows from Foqal Agent into Zapier.
