Founded by Yuval Lavy, the studio offers intimate sessions of 5β8 women across four specialized formats, including the proprietary dance-cardio class, YuvMove. The brand's core strength is Yuval herself, a naturally compelling, funny, and direct leader whose organic digital presence is a proven "superpower."
While the studio currently faces a gap between its potential and its digital standing, this is attributed to fixable infrastructure issues rather than a lack of talent or product quality. The strategic focus for the next 90 days centers on leveraging Yuvalβs unique personality and correcting these structural hurdles to bridge that gap.

Your audience is women aged 24-42 living in Hod HaSharon and the surrounding Sharon area- Ra'anana, Kfar Saba, Herzliya who are not just looking for a workout. They are looking for a place that feels like theirs. They want results, but what keeps them coming back is the room, the women in it, and the fact that Yuval knows their name and it feels more like a sisterhood community filled with warmth.
We will use location-based hooks to filter the right woman immediately. Then community content to make her feel like she already belongs before she walks through the door. Then social proof to show her that other women just like her took the leap and never looked back. Everything will be written in Yuval's voice: warm, direct, a little funny, and completely real because anything that feels polished or corporate will turn this specific audience off immediately.
Who she is
She is 27-38. She lives within a 15-minute drive of Hangar 24. She works, has a social life she prioritizes, and thinks of herself as someone who takes care of herself even in periods when life has made that harder than she intended. She has tried other gyms. The big chains felt anonymous. Other Pilates studio were fine but nobody talked to each other. Something never clicked.
What she actually wants though she would not phrase it this way.
its a social infrastructure. A regular commitment that is good for her body and also gives her a reason to see the same group of women every week. She found YuvFIT through Yuval's personal account. Probably a reel that made her laugh. She followed, came for the free trial, and has not left.

Who she is
She is 24-34. Something recently changed , she moved to the area, came out of a long relationship, started a new job, hit a birthday that felt significant, or had a baby and is ready to reclaim something for herself. She is not necessarily unfit. She is in a transition and she is looking, consciously or not, for something to anchor the new chapter.
She is not searching for "gym near me." She might search "pilates Hod HaSharon" or she might see a YuvFIT reel while scrolling late at night and feel a jolt of recognition ,βthat is for me. She has visited the @yuvfit_ profile two or three times without DMing. She is waiting for something that feels like permission.

KPIs to track weekly
Profile visits after each reel; this tells you how many people were interested enough to click through from a post. Link in bio clicks the most direct conversion signal available. Follower growth week over week should accelerate noticeably after hashtags are added. Reach by post specifically how many non followers each post is reaching. DMs received a direct measure of how well CTAs are working.
