Who gets the Your link to join email?

Anyone who is registered to attend the event will automatically receive the Your link to join. There is currently no way to suppress this email (unless you are using our ‣).

What happens if an Attendee can't find their Your link to join email?

  1. Wait. The email can take up to 5 minutes to arrive after the Attendee has been registered in Venue.
  2. Check spam. Sometimes, the email can end up in spam folders.
