Your Lifeline and its colors

Your Lifeline is the colored bar that shows your whole day, from midnight to midnight. Each part of the day is colored by what you were doing.

The colors

Blue: a focus session.
Orange: a meeting.
Green: sports, exercise, or meditation.
Magenta: sleep.
Black: a break.
Light gray: untracked screen time (time at your computer outside a session), and the part of the day still to come.

When a session runs long, its color warms toward red as a gentle nudge that you're overdue a break.

If you use the Sign Off challenge, the part of the day after your stop time is shaded magenta to show when your computer will close for the evening.

You can change the session, meeting, and other activity colors in Preferences > Your Lifeline > Appearance.
