Once you launch Lifeline, you'll see a line at the top of your screen—your Lifeline.

When you're not in a session, your Lifeline at the top of the screen represents a day's 24 hours. Last night's midnight is entirely on the left and the upcoming midnight on the outer right.

As you start using the application, you'll see different colors appear on your Lifeline. Here's what they mean:

🟦 Blue blocks are focus sessions.

⬜️ White is time spent at your screen but not in sessions.

⬛️ Black blocks are periods when you're not at your computer.

🌫️ Grey represents time in the future.

🟧 Orange blocks are meetings. (🏅 Pro feature)

💡 Pro tip: You can expand your Lifeline to see more details by holding your mouse on it.
