These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between IF tech (herein “IF tech”) and the person or entity agreeing to the terms herein (“Customer”, “You” or “you”).
By using or accessing any part of efluns (the “Service”), You agree that You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained herein. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not use or access the Service.
If You are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, You represent that You have the authority to bind that company to these Terms. If You have purchased a license to use the Service through an IF tech reseller, You also agree to comply with the terms of any agreement between You and such reseller.
In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and any such reseller agreements, these Terms shall control.
If you register for the Service free tier, these Terms will also govern that free tier.
We ask you not to use the Service and not to provide any information about yourself to us if you are below the age, defined in your jurisdiction, requiring parental consent or authorization for processing of personal data.
In any case, you must be 18 years or older and able to form a binding contract with IF tech to use the Service.
efluns is an application that sends email campaigns. The sending is usually done via Eluns extension and the emails are sent using the Gmail API. The Service is offered and provided subject to these Terms and solely for Your business purposes.
You may connect to the Service using any Internet browser supported by the Service. The Service requires a Google account that will be used to access the Service configuration console and a datasource which will contain the data processed by the Service.
You understand and acknowledge that You are solely responsible for obtaining the Internet access and all equipment necessary to use the Service, for appropriately configuring Your Google account and for creating and managing the datasource and their content.
All fees associated with the foregoing shall be paid by You.
To these Terms: IF tech reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service upon notice from time to time. You will be provided notice of any such modification by electronic mail or by the publishing of such on the website.
You may terminate your use of the Service if the Terms are modified in a manner that substantially affects your rights in connection with use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
To the Service: IF tech may make changes to the Service from time to time. IF tech will notify you of any material changes or modifications.
Any updates, upgrades, additions or new features to the Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms and may require you to agree to additional terms and conditions.
Purchase Orders: The legal terms and conditions on any purchase order, confirmation, other instrument used to pay Service fees to IF tech or any other document submitted by the Customer to IF tech (including without limitation those which are in contradiction with these Terms, or those added by the Customer on documents submitted by IF tech to the Customer without written approval from IF tech) will have no effect and are hereby rejected.
