By downloading or using Yes Chef ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the

App.

2. Description of Service

Yes Chef is a personalized AI-powered meal planning application. The App generates weekly meal plans, recipes,

nutritional analysis, and shopping lists based on your profile and preferences.

3. User Accounts

The App uses anonymous authentication. You do not need to create an account with personal credentials. Your data is

tied to your device. If you delete the App or clear its data, your plan history may be lost.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Yes Chef offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
