End User License Agreement (EULA)
Yebhutype
This document constitutes a legal agreement between Yebhutype ("Licensor") and the Licensee ("You"). This agreement governs the use of the Font Software and the typographic designs contained therein.
Definitions
- Font Software : Refers to the typographic design, typographic elements, and all bitmap or outline representations of typefaces and typographic elements created or derived from the Font Software.
- Media : Includes printed materials, electronic documents, artwork, web services, or any other material related to products now or in the future.
Types of Licenses
1. Personal Use π
- Purpose : For free testing by designers or design agencies, including presentations, proposals, or pitches to clients.
- Limitations : Limited glyph set, no kerning, no additional features.
- Prohibited Use : Cannot be used for paid work.
2. COMMERCIAL ππ
- Purpose : For commercial projects.
- Ownership : You remain the owner of your license and the sole user.
3. LOGO & CORPORATE πππ
- When Applicable : If the font is used as a logo in a commercial project, or if your client needs to use the font independently as a brand asset.
- Requirement : Both you and your client must own separate licenses. This effectively doubles the cost, but the fee can be split with your client.
