Starting for the 2021-2022 school year, every school involved with YP must make an annual commitment. This commitment is meant to communicate vital policies related to finances, marketing, family interaction, and more. One of our biggest strengths is the freedom our YP programs get, and this commitment will not inhibit that freedom in anyway.
Every August, one Advisor, one Student President, and one Student Treasurer from every school must attend a YP Annual Commitment Meeting and agree to the abiding by all policies set. Failure to complete this may result in loss of YP Program status and support from BuckeyeThon. The three required members do not have to attend the same meeting. You may also have additional members attend this meeting. These meetings will be virtual, and attendees may not arrive late or leave early.
