Mit 5 Jahren bin ich von Mali nach Deutschland gekommen. Auch wenn der Anfang sicher nicht einfach war, bin ich heute umso glücklicher etwas eigenes auf die Beine gestellt zu haben. Bereits mit 14 Jahren habe ich unbewusst meine erste unternehmerische Tätigkeit begonnen und mit meinen besten Freund Nischen Webseiten aufgebaut. Mit 17 Jahren habe war ich dann für die SeQon Finanz als Online Marketer und für die Prima Fonds als Assistent des damaligen Vertriebsdirektor (heute Geschäftsführer) tätig. Nach meinem Abitur hat es mich 2018 nach Hamburg verschlagen, wo ich zum Einen für das Deutsche Maritime Zentrum (Freelancer) und für Freshbird Ventures arbeiten (Venture Developer) arbeiten durfte. Im Februar 2019 wurde ich damals mit 19 Jahren von über 220 Bewerbungen beim Next Commerce Accelerator als einer der 5 Startups angenommen und habe damit angefangen, Vollzeit an yamuntu zu arbeiten. Ich bin super dankbar dafür, meinen Traum leben zu dürfen und zusammen mit meinem Team, yamuntu jeden Tag noch ein bisschen geiler zu machen.
Mein Ziel ist es, yamuntu als Shopping-Standard zu etablieren und die nächsten 50 Jahre daran arbeiten zu dürfen.
Aktueller Traum: Eines Tages mit Dave Chappelle zu chillen!
I came from Mali to Germany when I was 5 years old. Even though the beginning was certainly not easy, I am even happier today to have set up something of my own. At the young age of 14 I unconsciously started my first entrepreneurial activity and built up niche websites with my best friend. At the age of 17 I worked for SeQon Finanz as an online marketer and for Prima Fonds as an assistant to the current sales director (now managing director). After graduating from high school, I moved to Hamburg in 2018, where I was able to work for the German Maritime Center (freelancer) and Freshbird Ventures (venture developer). Back in February 2019, at only 19 years old, I was accepted as one of the 5 startups at the Next Commerce Accelerator out of over 220 applications and started working on yamuntu full time. I'm super grateful to be able to live my dream and together with my team, make yamuntu a little bit more awesome every day.
My goal is to establish yamuntu as a shopping standard and be allowed to work on it for the next 50 years.
Current dream: To chill with Dave Chappelle one day!
