Through our recruitment process, we wish to align with people that match our hunger for ownership and impact, and offer them a seat on our rocket ship. We also want to treat people with a lot of respect, and appreciate the time they invest with us.

Timelines: You should hear back from us in maximum a week after applying, and within 2-3 days after each stage of your interview process. This is whether we would like to continue the process with you or not, and provide any updates.
