The process takes about five minutes per listing.

How it works

1. Take 3-4 clear photos of your tool from different angles. Good natural light, nothing cropped out. Make sure at least one photo captures the brand, model, etc.
2. Download the guide below.
3. Open any AI assistant: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar. All have free accounts.
4. Upload both the guide and your photos and ask the AI assistant to create your listing.
5. The AI will identify your tool, ask you a few quick questions, then produce a ready-to-paste title and description.

Tips for a good photo

The AI reads your photo to identify the tool. A clear shot makes the whole process faster.

• Photograph the full tool — don't crop out the brand name or model label
• Use natural light if you can; avoid dark garages or harsh shadows
• Include any key accessories in the frame if they're part of the rental

After you have your description

Paste the title into the Listing title field and the description into the Description field in your Tooleo listing. The output is already formatted for the platform — no editing needed unless you want to make it your own.
