World Wonder Heavy Industries（WWHI） is the primary contractor for Section A of the Ringworld Megastructure. Due to its exceptional performance in that phase, it has been selected to participate in the construction of Section B as well.
Langlo Space Station is operated by the Okilok Human Federation. With dimensions exceeding 1,000 kilometers in length, width, and height, it is a state-of-the-art, fully equipped Alpha-class Deep Space Complex Residential Station. Positioned in Ringworld orbit within the Fluvina I system, Langlo Station hovers roughly 20 kilometers above New Jackson City, overlooking Section A of the Ringworld like a moon in the sky.
The station contains 11 commercial and residential modules, 7 transit hubs, 3 massive quantum reactors, and dozens of specialized functional zones. As the primary gateway between Fluvina I and the wider Federation, Langlo welcomes over a billion visitors each year.

Outsiders, however, often view their so-called "philosophies" as incomprehensible nonsense, and their belief in a mythical homeworld as misguided.
The Blue Veilers are currently the main religious sect within the Okilok Human Federation and are popular across all four major human powers. Their core belief is in the supremacy of technology and science, strongly supporting the development of cybernetic bodies and robots. They hold that the ultimate goal for all humanity is to complete the upload of consciousness into data, abandoning the physical body to achieve mechanical ascension.
An extreme apocalyptic cult, they preach suffering-born ascension, believing the destruction of stars will fulfill a doomsday prophecy. Their goal is to trigger stellar explosions as a form of transcendence.
The Fluvina Singer is a native pre-FTL civilization organization from the Fluvina I star system. Their former homeworld was purchased and destroyed by the Okilok Human Federation, becoming part of the Ringworld.
A portion of the people formed the Fluvina Singer organization, hoping to unite all Fluvina Singers to resist humanity. On the Ringworld base, a considerable number of Fluvianians exist. Some of them have integrated into human society, while many others have been assigned to reserved zones within the Ringworld.
