AKA - roughly half of the Speedrun.
This world doesn't have skips for the HUB, so there are optimizations for every section within the world.
Later on, I'll add in a section on theorized world 3 HUB skips that didn't work out or aren't possible as far as we know from datamining.
A theorized World 3 skip could save tens of minutes and cut down huge portions of the WR and best possible times.
Because there are no skips in the HUB (for the most part) - there won't be a separate page for it, HUB movements will be detailed at the end of the previous level.
