Profile

My passion for hospitality began when I successfully planned and managed my own debut from scratch. This experience inspired me to pursue a degree in Hospitality Management, where I developed strong skills in event coordination and customer relations. While studying, I also worked part-time as an Assistant Event Manager, a role that sharpened my ability to balance multiple responsibilities and deepened my interest in guest-focused service.

After graduating, I began my professional journey at Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, where I quickly transitioned from a Waiter to also taking on the roles of Receptionist and Cashier—demonstrating my adaptability and reliability. My growth in the industry led me to the St. Regis Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, where I handle three roles simultaneously: Waiter, Telephone Operator, and Cashier.

Over the past six years, I’ve developed leadership skills through real-world experience, supported by my analytical thinking, adaptability, and genuine enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges.
