This space will host a series of working papers exploring AI, power, localisation, system design and reimagining locally led, ethical and environmentally safe AI in humanitarian and social impact contexts.
These papers are intentionally exploratory - designed to test ideas, surface tensions, and invite dialogue rather than present “finished” answers.
