We’re looking for a Workfront Administrator who also enjoys automation and scripting. You'll join a team working on enterprise-level process automation using Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to structure Workfront environments, configure permissions and workflows, and build Fusion scenarios that make processes run smoother.

This is a long-term, full-time freelance role, fully remote.

What will be your job?

You’ll be configuring and administering Workfront for our clients, creating automations using Fusion, and supporting testing and rollout across environments. You’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and business users to turn business logic into working, efficient flows.

You’ll be working on:

• Setting up Workfront hierarchies, user roles, and object permissions
• Developing and maintaining Fusion automation flows
• REST API integrations between Workfront and other tools
• Supporting testing (SIT, UAT, PROD) and debugging scenarios
• Providing clear documentation for handover and scaling

About you?

• You have experience with Workfront administration
• You’re confident working with Fusion (ideally from scratch)
• You understand REST APIs and know your way around scripting (e.g. JavaScript or Python)
• You’ve worked in structured environments and are comfortable with change tracking
